Vincent Ruiz is a young talent who, in addition to his work in Savoie with Domaine du Gringet, has created his own personal project in the Ardèche, in the heart of the Rhône Valley, where he cultivates his passion for his favorite grape varieties: Syrah and Grenache.

The grapes come from the vineyards of a friend, organically farmed at 450 meters altitude. In the cellar, Vincent applies a minimalist approach: harvesting at perfect ripeness, spontaneous whole-cluster fermentations, and aging in steel or fiberglass tanks for around 10 months.
