BURGUNDY, FRANCE

BURGUNDY AND ITS VARIETALS
Maison Gautheron d’Anost is the new project of Bastien Gautheron, a micro-négoce based in Dijon, born from his passion and his desire to express the terroir with authenticity.
After honing his skills at the renowned Maison Olivier Leflaive in Puligny-Montrachet and collaborating with prestigious domaines such as Domaine Rougeot and Domaine Comte Armand, Bastien decided to forge his own path. Today, the maison produces around 21,000 bottles per year, divided into seven wines, four reds and three whites, combining grapes from the family vineyards in Savigny-lès-Beaune with fruit sourced from trusted growers, always farmed organically.
THE WINES
His philosophy is based on a modern, low-intervention approach: short macerations, fermentations in stainless steel to highlight freshness, and aging in neutral oak, with just a touch of new wood for the reds.
The result? Refined, vibrant, and precise wines, capable of telling the story of Burgundy with elegance, purity, and clarity.
