Maison Fang is the dream come true of Ming, a wine enthusiast who arrived in Burgundy from China in 2007.
After earning a degree in viticulture from the Institut Universitaire de la Vigne in Dijon, he founded his winery in Meursault in 2019, starting with just 3,000 bottles.
Today, production has grown slightly, but the approach remains the same: meticulous attention to every detail, from the grapes to the label design.
THE WINES
Maison Fang produces around 5,000 bottles, including Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune, Pernand-Vergelesses, Savigny-lès-Beaune, Meursault, Chassagne-Montrachet, and Bâtard-Montrachet.
The whites are an ode to finesse and elegance, while the reds shine with purity of fruit and refinement.
Maison Fang masterfully interprets the Burgundian terroir, expressing in every bottle passion, ambition, and respect for tradition, true works of art in liquid form.
