BURGUNDY, FRANCE

BURGUNDY AND ITS VARIETALS

In the heart of Burgundy, Jérémy Recchione has created a Domaine that, though covering only 2 hectares, produces around 15,000 bottles per year.

His philosophy is rooted in organic and biodynamic practices, with cold pre-fermentation macerations, spontaneous whole-cluster fermentations, and a minimal use of sulfur (5–30 mg/l), all aimed at expressing the purest essence of the terroir.

THE WINES

Among his prestigious appellations are Bourgogne Aligoté “Les Cerisiers”, Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Nuits, Côtes de Nuits Villages “Les Essards”, Chambolle-Musigny, Gevrey-Chambertin “Les Creux Brouillard”, and Savigny-lès-Beaune 1er Cru “Les Lavières”, as well as Pernand-Vergelesses 1er Cru “En Caradeux”, Pouilly-Fuissé 1er Cru “Clos Reyssier”, and Saint-Romain.

Beyond Burgundy, Jérémy also explores Piedmont, producing both a Dolcetto d’Alba and a Timorasso, showcasing his versatility and passion for wine.

Each bottle tells the story of Burgundy in a pure, elegant style, focused on the intensity of the fruit.
