Maison Gautheron d’Anost is a young micro-négociant based in Dijon, at the heart of Burgundy, founded by Bastien Gautheron. At the beginning of this adventure, Bastien shared a cellar with his close friend Pierre-Henry Rougeot of Domaine Rougeot, while also working alongside both Rougeot and Domaine Comte Armand to refine his viticultural and winemaking skills.

Today, in his own cellar, Bastien produces seven wines, four reds and three whites, some of which come from his family’s vineyards. Gautheron owns 0.75 hectares in Savigny-lès-Beaune, split between Pinot Noir in the lieu-dit Les Goudelettes and Chardonnay in Les Chevrières, classified as Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune.

His winemaking style is modern and focused on purity: short macerations, fermentations in stainless steel, and maturation mainly in used barrels, with only a touch of new oak for some of the reds. The estate vineyards have been certified organic since 2017, and the purchased grapes, sourced exclusively from trusted growers, are likewise farmed organically.
