A mind-blowing wine, crafted from the most densely planted vineyard in the world (62,500 vines per hectare), trained as a tiny goblet bush, the Bonsai is a feat of viticultural artistry. This 100% Sangiovese captures balance through struggle: intense vine competition yields fewer clusters, but of astonishing concentration and harmony. Fermented in tonneaux and aged 20 months in used barrels, the 2018 vintage reveals an elegant ruby hue, aromas of red berries and peony, and a palate of refined tension: silky, savory, and subtly bitter, endlessly inviting.

Only 1,224 bottles exist worldwide.
