The guardian of a family legacy that stretches back almost a century, Benoit farms just 1.6 hectares, divided into 30 micro-parcels located in some of Champagne’s most prestigious Grand Cru villages: Avize, Cramant, Oger, Chouilly, and Bouzy, a true rarity.

Every bottle is 100% Chardonnay, crafted through sustainable practices that honor the land and bring out the purest expression of the terroir. Benoit personally oversees every stage with meticulous care, from vineyard work to pressing, from disgorgement to hand-labeling each bottle in his small cellar in Cuis.

Champagne Cramant Grand Cru Brut Nature 2019

This 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs comes from the prestigious Grand Cru of Cramant, in the Côte des Blancs. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for an extended period on the lees, it reveals delicate aromas of green apple and candied lemon, intertwined with a chalky minerality. On the palate, it’s vibrant and fresh, with a fine, precise mousse that leads to an almost saline finish.

Champagne Avize Grand Cru Brut Nature 2019

Crafted from 100% Chardonnay grown in the Grand Cru of Avize, this Champagne perfectly embodies the elegance of the Côte des Blancs. Minimal intervention in the cellar preserves the purity of the fruit, revealing aromas of white flowers and citrus, lifted by the area’s signature chalky minerality. On the palate, it is refined and precise, showcasing the unmistakable finesse of Avize.

Champagne Avize Les Avats du Levant Brut Nature 2017

Sourced from a single parcel in the Grand Cru of Avize, this pure Chardonnay was fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in oak barrels for seven months. Unfined, unfiltered, and with no dosage, it reveals a taut freshness and elegant floral complexity. On the palate, it stands out for its verticality and precision, capturing the unique character of the 2017 vintage.
