ITS GRAPE VARIETALS
Oenosapiens is a young and ambitious project, born in 2022 from the vision of three Italian oenologists, Filippo, Federico, and Giacomo, with the goal of showcasing small artisanal productions and lesser-known regions.
Their philosophy is based on a natural and sustainable approach, with spontaneous fermentations and minimal intervention in the cellar, working alongside artisanal winegrowers committed to environmental sustainability.
THE WINES
Production focuses on three unique wines: R-Evolution, a refined and vibrant Malbec from Cahors, with elegant fruity and spicy notes; Poulsard, a fresh, juicy red from the Jura, bursting with red fruit aromas; Saumurai, a Chenin Blanc from the Loire, fermented with indigenous yeasts to best express the purity and minerality of the terroir.
With only 10,000 bottles produced per year and artisanal care at every stage, Oenosapiens represents a new way of interpreting wine: authentic, environmentally respectful, and full of surprises in every sip.
