Precision and Spontaneity

Founded in 2017 in the historic region of Alsace, Soil Therapy is a micro-négoce cultivating 4 hectares of vines according to biodynamic principles. The approach is respectful and vital, placing soil health and the authentic expression of the vineyard at the center.

Fermentations are spontaneous with the use of indigenous yeasts, sulfur is kept to a minimum, and every choice in the cellar aims to preserve the purity of the fruit. After fermentation, the wines rest on fine lees to enhance the complexity and identity of the grapes.

A Young but Promising Project

The wines are crafted from native varieties such as Riesling, Sylvaner, and Pinot Gris, interpreted with a light touch and contemporary spirit. The result is a vibrant and fresh range, never predictable, that combines precision with spontaneity. The parcels are small, the work is manual, and the wines reflect energy, balance, and a distinctive mineral tension.

Though still young, Soil Therapy is already capable of offering dynamic, living wines deeply tied to their terroir. This is a domaine to watch closely—created for those who seek authentic wines that truly leave a mark.
