LIGURIAN EXCELLENCE
From the steep vineyards of Dolceacqua, in the province of Imperia, Liguria, comes the winery of Roberto Rondelli. Founded in 2000, when Roberto decided to reclaim his grandfather’s vineyards, this estate has become a shining example of Ligurian excellence.
With the help of his father Danilo, Roberto planted Rossese, Vermentino and Pigato, releasing his first wines under his own label in 2009 and building a new winery in 2012 in Camporosso. The 4 hectares of steep vineyards produce about 15.000 bottles per year.
NATURAL AND RESPECTFUL
The winery is certified organic and also follows some biodynamic principles. In the vineyard, the approach is natural and respectful, while in the cellar, fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts and minimal use of sulfites, around 45 mg/l.
Roberto Rondelli stands out for his ability to revive local grape varieties with passion and dedication, delivering wines that tell the story and beauty of Dolceacqua.
