Raised among the vines and influenced by great masters like Romano Dal Forno, Noemi has carved out her own path, creating wines that reflect the traditions of her land with a vibrant and deeply personal twist.

A HIDDEN GEM
From iconic Amarone, Valpolicella Superiore and Ripasso, to lesser-known gems like the Cabernet Sauvignon “Tisbe” and the luscious Recioto, each bottle is a unique expression of her bold vision.
But the real surprise? Her traditional method sparkling wine made from Durello, a little-known local grape that Noemi has turned into a hidden treasure.
With a limited production of just 25.000 to 30.000 bottles per year, Le Guaite di Noemi is more than just a winery, it’s an experience. And just like Noemi herself, each wine is meant to shine and leave a lasting impression.
