HONESTY WITH ELEGANCE
Colombera & Garella is a small but precious winery located in Upper Piedmont, precisely in the historic areas of Lessona and Bramaterra. Passionately managed by brothers Giacomo and Guglielmo Colombera alongside Cristiano Garella, this winery is dedicated to enhancing Nebbiolo, accompanied by typical grape varieties such as Vespolina and Uva Rara, capable of expressing the full richness of this unique terroir.
With its 6.5 hectares of vineyards, Colombera & Garella produces around 30,000 bottles per year.
Fermentation occurs naturally, thanks to the use of indigenous yeasts, respecting and preserving the territorial identity of the grapes; sulfite usage is kept at a moderate level of 75 mg/l to ensure the purity and integrity of the product.
AN EXPRESSION OF CHARACTER
The wines of Colombera & Garella are straightforward and elegant, and every sip tells the story of a territory to be rediscovered, rich in tradition and enological potential. Although the winery is not certified organic, it stands out for its attention to sustainability and respect for the environment—practices that are reflected in the deep connection it establishes between its wines and the land from which they come.
Colombera & Garella is a winery worth keeping an eye on; a true expression of character, tradition, and innovation that will surely surprise.
