BURGUNDY AND ITS VARIETALS

Domaine du Puy de L’Ours is a young estate of 5 hectares located in the heart of Savigny-lès-Beaune, founded in 2020 by Jean Orsoni and Juliette Puyperoux.

The vineyards, either certified organic or in their third year of conversion, include 1.5 hectares in Côte de Beaune Les Monsnières and 3.5 hectares in Savigny-lès-Beaune, of which 1 hectare is Premier Cru and 0.3 hectares are dedicated to Savigny Blanc.

Winemaking is minimal intervention, with spontaneous whole-cluster fermentations and aging that respects the identity of the terroir.

THE WINES

The whites come from parcels in Les Monsnières and Les Goudelettes, while the reds showcase the richness of Savigny-lès-Beaune through carefully selected cuvées such as Les Folettes, Clos des Godeaux, and the 1er Cru Les Lavières.

Production is limited to around 5,000 bottles, and each wine reflects a passion for balance and finesse, demonstrating an enviable purity of fruit, already capable of expressing, with authenticity and sensitivity, the soul of this extraordinary terroir.
