Cillario & Marazzi Spirits Co. is the first artisanal gin distillery opened in Lombardy, specializing in tailor-made gin production. Distillation takes place in 100-liter discontinuous copper stills, following the London Dry method with vapor infusion. This delicate process enhances the aromas of the finest botanicals, organic citrus fruits, and carefully selected spices.
Every recipe is the result of meticulous research and can be customized down to the last detail: from the choice of ingredients to the bottle and label. A dedicated service for bartenders, cocktail bars, restaurants, hotels, and enthusiasts looking for a unique, bespoke gin.
Excellence is guaranteed by the use of organic and kosher alcohol, combined with botanicals grown directly by the distillery and raw materials of the highest quality. Each distillation, lasting around 12 hours, yields only 50 liters, ensuring an authentic product crafted with care at every stage. Production is intentionally limited to about 20,000 bottles per year, guaranteeing maximum quality and attention to detail.

THE BESPOKE GIN
The “Bespoke Gin” project is aimed at bartenders, cocktail bars, restaurants, hotels, companies, and private individuals who wish to have a gin tailor-made in every aspect: recipe, bottle, and label.
Thanks to the distillery’s flexible structure, it is possible to create a custom gin, even in small quantities, according to the client’s personal taste, complete with an exclusive label. This is possible because Cillario & Marazzi is a unique artisanal reality in Italy, distilling gin with small discontinuous stills.
All gins are premium: produced only with the finest raw materials, Italian soft wheat alcohol certified organic and kosher, homegrown botanicals, organic citrus fruits purchased directly from farmers, and the finest spices available, carefully sourced for origin, variety, and cultivation methods. Every detail is meticulously selected and balanced by the master distiller, who personally oversees each stage of production.
