Ciacci Piccolomini d’Aragona is a true institution in Montalcino, one of the most iconic wineries in the Ilcinese area and a key reference point for local producers. Since 1985, the Bianchini family has been the custodian and manager of this historic estate, now represented by siblings Paolo and Lucia and their nieces and nephews Ester and Alex, who continue to carry forward the tradition with passion and dedication.

The estate covers approximately 200 hectares, of which 50 are vineyards, located in Castelnuovo dell’Abbate, beneath the imposing Monte Amiata.

Sangiovese is the beating heart of this winery and the Pianrosso vineyard represents its flagship cru, producing a Brunello of the highest quality.
