Petrolo is a winery that is rewriting the history of Vald’Arno di Sopra, led by Luca Sanjust, now supported by his son Rocco and the young winemaker Simone Cuccoli. The Sanjust family acquired the estate in the 1940s, but it was under Luca’s guidance that the winery truly took off, becoming one of the most exciting realities in Tuscany.

Luca isn’t afraid of innovation and has embarked on extraordinary projects: from experimenting with terracotta amphorae to producing Boggina B, a rich and complex white wine born from a collaboration with his friend and renowned winemaker Mounir Saouma, owner of the prestigious Lucien Le Moine estate in Burgundy.
