Edoardo Dottori is the heart and soul behind this small winery located in Majolati Spontini, in the Marche region, at the very core of the Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi appellation.
A professor of viticulture and enology at the nearby Jesi winemaking school, Edoardo has transformed his knowledge and passion into a project aimed at enhancing the purest and most authentic essence of the territory.
With just 8 hectares of vineyards spread across the renowned crus of San Paolo di Jesi and Cupramontana, the winery stands out for its artisanal and nature-respecting approach. Limited to around 10.000 bottles annually, the production focuses on absolute quality, highlighting a unique terroir with wines that impress for their energy and personality.
Electric Wines
These wines are electric and vertical, characterized by vibrant acidity and marked minerality, reflecting the beauty and complexity of the clay and limestone soils of the Marche.
Attention to detail, from spontaneous fermentations with indigenous yeasts to the minimal use of sulphites (50 mg/L), makes every bottle a celebration of nature and balance.
