The Project of Marzichi Lenzi
Le Crocine is the personal project of Niccolò Marzichi Lenzi, descendant of the historic Antinori family and currently at the helm of the prestigious Tenuta di Biserno. While continuing his work at Biserno, Niccolò decided to embark on a new personal adventure, creating Le Crocine with the support of his wife Joy.
This project follows a Burgundian-inspired model, based on purchasing organic grapes from trusted vignerons along the Tuscan coast, including the Bolgheri area. Le Crocine aims to produce wines that are simultaneously gastronomic, fun and full of character.
A PROMISING FUTURE
Among the flagship labels is a pure Cabernet Franc dedicated to Eva Green, the famous actress and sister of Joy, reflecting the uniqueness and passion behind every bottle produced. Although still young, Le Crocine’s future looks promising. Niccolò, while maintaining his commitment to Tenuta di Biserno, has created something deeply personal and ambitious.
With a Bolgheri Superiore forthcoming, his ability to continuously push the boundaries of quality is evident. This journey promises to be exciting, adding another chapter to the family’s wine legacy.
