Ester Canale, from Langhe to Etna

Wine dinner and presentation of the Continuum Collection Case Langhe Nebbiolo 2020

An evening dedicated to the Giovanni Rosso estate and Ester Canale’s vision, from the Langhe Nebbiolo born from the iconic Vigna Rionda to the new Etna Bianco from Contrada Pietra Marina: two distant territories, so different yet united by elegance, depth and character.

The dinner will feature 4 courses paired with 5 wines: a welcome sparkling wine, the new Etna Bianco from Contrada Pietra Marina, followed by three vintages of Ester Canale Langhe Nebbiolo, including one served in magnum and another in the rare double magnum format.

During the evening, we will present Continuum, the first edition of the Langhe Nebbiolo 2020 Collection Case, produced in only 10 examples and offered exclusively worldwide by Chronos Wine Cellar.
