The medieval castle, dating back to the 15th century, lies at the heart of a natural amphitheater spanning 150 hectares of terraced vineyards, olive groves, and forest. The steep, south-facing slopes are rooted in rare pink porphyry, a volcanic rock that lends the wines their distinctive mineral elegance. Today, the estate is passionately run by Gaby Gianini and Maurizio Merlo, custodians of this unique place, alongside the talented winemaker Benedetta Molteni, who interprets the terroir with precision and sensitivity.
